నేను మిమ్మల్ని ఇంతవరకు ఏదీ అడగలేదు. ముఖ్యంగా ఆర్థికంగా. నాపై దైవం యొక్క కృప చాలు. అన్నీ ఆయనే చూసుకుంటున్నాడు. సరిపోయినంత ఇచ్చాడు. కానీ ఈరోజు మీ నుంచి ఒకటి ఆశిస్తున్నాను. ఇన్నాళ్ళు మీరు నా పోస్టులు చదివారు, ఎన్నో విషయాలు తెలుసుకున్నారు, మరి మీరు నాకు దానికి బదులుగా ఏమిస్తారు? ఈ రోజు ప్రపంచ పొగాకు వ్యతిరేక దినం. మీరు నాకో వాగ్దానం చేయాలి, మీ నుంచి నాకో మాట కావాలి. అదేమిటంటే మీరెప్పుడు వ్యసనాలకు బానిసలు కారని. పాన్, గుట్కా, మద్యం, సిగిరెట్టు, మాదకద్రవ్యాలకు దూరంగా ఉంటారని. వీటి మీద డబ్బులు తగలెయ్యకుండా మీ కుటుంబాన్ని జాగ్రత్తగా చూసుకుంటారని. ఇంతకముందు మీకీ వ్యసనాలు ఉంటే మానేస్తారని. మాట ఇస్తారా? ఎంతమంది ఇస్తారు?

వైశాఖ అమావాస్య- శని జయంతి

కాస్త బిజీగా ఉండి చెప్పడం మరిచాను. వైశాఖ అమావాస్య నాడు శని జయంతి జరుపుతారు. శనైశ్చరునికి సంబంధించిన ఈ తిధిని శని అమావాస్య అని కూడా అంటారు.

ఛాయ దేవికి, సూర్యభగవానుడు పుత్రుడు, నవగ్రహాల్లో ముఖ్యమైనవారు, వారాలలో శనివారానికి అధిదేవత, శ్రీ శనైశ్చరుడు. శని జయంతిని వటసావిత్రి వ్రతం రోజునే జరుపుతారు. ఈ రోజున ఉపవాసం ఉండి, శని దర్శనం చేసుకుని, శనైశ్చరుని ఆశీర్వాదం పొందుతారు. పూర్వజన్మ కర్మకు శని ఫలితం ఇస్తాడు. అది పాపకర్మ అయితే కష్టాలు పెడతాడు, పుణ్యకర్మ అయితే సుఖాలు ఇస్తాడు. జీవుల పూర్వకర్మలకు ఫలితాన్నిస్తూ, నిక్ష్పక్షపాతంగా వ్యవహరిస్తూ, అందరికి న్యాయం చేస్తాడు శని దేవుడు. శని పెట్టే కష్టాలు మానవుడిని ఆధ్యాత్మికత దిశగా నడిపిస్తాయి.

శనిని ధ్యానించడం వలన ప్రాణభయం తొలగుతుంది, ప్రమాదాలు నివరించబడతాయి. పెద్దలకు, తల్లిదండ్రులకు సేవ చేయడం, వాహనం అధికంగా వాడకుండా, ఎక్కువగా నడవడం; ధర్మం వద్దని చెప్పిన పనులు చేయకుండా ఉండటం, ధర్మం విధించిన పనులను నిష్కామంగా చేయడం, ఆంజనేయస్వామి వారిని, పరమశివుడిని, శ్రీ వేంకటేశ్వర స్వామిని ప్రార్ధించడం వలన, శనికి తైలాభిషేకం చేయడం, భొజనానికి ముందు కాకులకు అన్నం పెట్టి, ఆ తర్వాత భుజించడం వంటి పనుల వలన శనైశ్చరుని అనుగ్రహం కలుగుతుంది.

అధోలోకాలు

నారదుడు పాతాళలోకాల్లో సంచరించడం గురించి వర్ణిస్తూ, ఆయా లోకాల వర్ణన విష్ణుపురాణం అందించింది. పాతాళం స్వర్గం కంటే సుందరంగా ఉందని నారదమహర్షి అంటారు. పాతాళం మొత్తం దివ్యమైన మణులతో, సుందరమైన తోటలతో, అందమైన రాక్షసకన్యలతో నిండి ఉంటుంది. గాలి మొత్తం సువాసనలతో, చక్కని సంగీతంతో నిండి ఉంటుంది. ఇక్కడి మట్టి నలుపు, తెలుపు, ఊదా, పసుపు, ఇసుక, రాయి మరియు బంగారంతో ఉంటుంది. భాగవతం ఈ అధోలోకాలను బిలస్వర్గాలు అని అంటుంది. ఇవి ఊర్ధ్వలోకాల కంటే ఐశ్వర్యంలో మరింత గొప్పవని, స్వర్గం కంటే కూడా గొప్ప ఐశ్వర్యంతో ఉంటాయని చెబుతుంది. ఇక్కడ జీవనం విలాసం, సంపద, సుఖాలతో నిండి ఉంటుంది. మయుడు ఈ లోకాల్లో రాజభవనాలను, ఇళ్ళను, ప్రయాటకులకు వసతిగృహాలను దివ్యమైన మణులతో నిర్మించాడు. ఇక్కడుండే ప్రకృతి అందం ఊర్ధ్వలోక అందాలను ప్రక్కకు తోసేస్తుంది. అంతులేని కామభోగాలను నిరంతరం అనుభవిస్తూ ఉండటమే ఈ లోకవాసుల పని. ఈ లోకాల్లో సూర్యకాంతి ఉండదు, కానీ అంధకారం మొత్తం మణులతో కాంతులతో తొలగించబడి ఉంటుంది. వృద్ధాప్యం, స్వేదం, రోగం అనేవి పాతాళంలో ఉండవు.

విష్ణుపురాణం ప్రకారం ఈ 7 అధోలోకాలు ఒకదాని మీద ఒకటిగా భూమి క్రింద ఉన్నాయి. భూభాగం క్రింద 70,000 యోజనాల్లో, ఒక్కో లోకం 10,000 యోజనాలు విస్తరించి ఉంటుంది.

అతలం= మయుడి కుమారుడైన బలుడి వినోద స్థానం.

వితలం= హాఠకేశ్వరుడు (భవుడు) భవానీ అమ్మవారితో వినోదిస్తుంటాడు. హాఠకి నదీ జలాలతో తయారైన సువర్ణంతో అసుర స్త్రీలు అలంకరించుకొంటుంటారు. ఈయన బంగారు గనులకు అధిపతి. భూతగణాలతో ఉంటాడు. ఈయన పితృశాపాల నుంచి విముక్తిని కలిగిస్తాడు.

సుతలం= బలి చక్రవర్తి స్వర్గంలో ఉండే ఇంద్రుడు అనుభవించే భోగాలకన్నా ఎక్కువ భోగాలను అనుభవిస్తూ వైభవంగా పాలిస్తుంటాడు.

తలాతలం= మయుడు రాక్షసులుండే పట్టణాలను నిర్మిస్తుంటాడు. దానవ దైత్యులు, నివాతకవచులు, కాలకీయులు ఉంటారు. వీరంతా మహా సాహసవంతులు. రుద్రుడి రక్షణలో ఉంటుంది.

మహాతలం= కద్రువకు జన్మించిన సర్పాలుంటాయి. కుహుడు, తక్షకుడు, కాళేయుడు, సుషేణుడులాంటి గొప్ప గొప్ప సర్పాలన్నీ గరుత్మంతుని భయంతో బయటకు రారు.

రసాతలం = ఇక్కడ నివసించే దానవులు, దైత్యులు వీరులు, కానీ మహాకౄరులు. దేవతలకు శతృవులు. పాముల వలే బిలాల్లో ఉంటారు.

పాతాళం= నాగజాతి వారుంటారు. వాసుకి, శంఖుడు, కులికుడు, ధనుంజయుడులాంటి మహా నాగులన్నీ గొప్ప గొప్ప మణులతో ప్రకాశిస్తుంటాయి. ఆ పాతాళం అడుగునే ఆదిశేషుడుండేది. ముఫ్పై వేల యోజనాల కైవారంలో చుట్టచుట్టుకుని ఉంటాడు. ఆదిశేషుడి పడగ మీద ఈ భూమండలం అంతా ఒక ఆవగింజంత పరిమాణంలో ఉంటుంది. ప్రళయకాలంలో ఆ ఆదిశేషుడే ఏకాదశ రుద్రులను సృష్టించి సృష్టి అంతా లయమయ్యేలాగా చేస్తుంటాడు.

ఇక్కడ మనం తెలుసుకోవాల్సిన విషయం ఒకటి ఉంది. అధోలోకాలంటే అక్కడ దైవం ఉనికి ఉండదు అని భావిస్తాం. కానీ సనాతన ధర్మంలో దైవం అంతటా వ్యాపించి ఉన్నాడు. ఆయన లేని చోటు లేదు. నరకలోకంలో కూడా ఆయన వ్యాపించి ఉన్నాడు. ఈ అధోలోకాల్లో కూడా భగవంతుడు ఒక్కో రూపంలో వ్యక్తమవుతూ, రాక్షసులను, ఆ లోకవాసులను తన దిశగా నడిపించుకుంటాడు. ఈ లోకాల్లో పరమాత్మ ఉనికి లేదు అనుకోవడం పాశ్చాత్య మత భావనల వలన మనలో ఏర్పడిన భావం మాత్రమే.

నారద పాంచరాత్ర నుంచి ఒక శ్లోకం యొక్క సారం

What need is there of penance if God is worshipped with love?
What is the use of penance if God is not worshipped with love?

O Brahman! O my child! Cease from practising further penances.

వైశాఖ కృష్ణ పాడ్యమి- నారద జయంతి

వైశాఖ కృష్ణ పాడ్యమిని నారదజయంతిగా జరుపుతారు.

నారదుడి గురించి తెలియని హిందువు ఉండడు. నారదుడు దేవముని, బ్రహ్మదేవుని పుత్రుడు, శ్రీ మన్నారాయాణునికి అమిత భక్తుడు.

నారం దదాతి ఇతి నారదః అని వ్యుత్పత్తి. నార అనగా జ్ఞానం, దా అంటే ఇచ్చువాడు. బ్రహ్మానందాన్ని ఇచ్చే ఆత్మజ్ఞానాన్ని ఇచ్చువాడు కనుక నారదుడని పేరు పొందాడు.

నారదుడు ఆత్మజ్ఞానం కోరుతూ సనత్కుమార మహర్షిని కలిస్నట్లు ఛాందగ్యోపనిషత్తులో కనిపిస్తుంది. అందులో నాకు బోధ చేయండి అని నారదుడు అడగ్గా, మీకేమి తెలుసో చెప్పండి అని సనత్కుమారుడు అడుగుతారు. అప్పుడు నారదుడు తనకు 4 వేదాలు, పురాణాలు, ఇతిహాసాలు, వేదాంగాలు మొదలైనవన్నీ తెలుసనని చెప్తాడు. ఆ తర్వాత సనత్కుమార మహర్షి నుంచి ఆత్మజ్ఞానం పొందుతాడు. ఈ సంవాదంలో మనకు తేలుస్తున్నదేమిటంటే నారడునికి తెలియని విషయం లేదు. ఆయన అన్నీ లోకాల్లోనూ సంచరించగలడు.

కానీ సినిమాల పుణ్యమా అని నారద మహర్షిని కలహప్రియుడిగా ప్రచారం చేయడం మొదలుపెట్టారు. నారదునికి సర్వం తెలుసు. ఏమి చేస్తే లోకకళ్యాణ జరుగుతుందో తెలుసు, ఆయన చర్యలన్ని దైవకార్యం నెరవేర్చటానికే. అటువంటి నారదమహర్షిని వ్యంగ్యంగా చూపడం, అది చూసి నవ్వడం మహాదోషం, పాపం కూడా.

శ్రీ రామాయాణం వాల్మీకి రాయడానికి ఒక కారణం నారదుడు. ఈ లోకంలో 16 గుణాలతో విరాజిల్లుతున్న ధర్మమూర్తి ఎవరని నారదుడి వచ్చి వాల్మీకి మహర్షిని అడగడంతోనే శ్రీ రామాయణం మొదలవుతుంది.

మహాభారతంలో మనం నారదుని రాజనీతి తెలిసినవాడిగా చూస్తాము. ఆయన ఇంద్రప్రస్థానికి వచ్చి యుధిష్టరునికి రాజనీతి, ధర్మం మీద ఉపదేశం ఇస్తారు.

నారద భక్తి సూత్రాల పేరుతో నారదుడు చెప్పిన భక్తి సూత్రాలు అద్భుతంగా ఉంటాయి. అలాగే నారదునికి సంబంధించి నారదపాంచరాత్రము, నారదస్మృఇతి, నారదపరివ్రాజోకప్నిషత్తు మొదలైన గ్రంథాలు అందుబాటులో ఉన్నాయి.

ధృవుడికి నారాయణ మంత్రాన్ని ఉపదేశించి, శ్రీ మహావిష్ణు దర్శనం పొందేలా చేసిన గురుస్వరూపుడు నారదుడు. అలాగే ప్రహ్లాదుడు తన తల్లికడుపులో ఉండగా, ఆమె ద్వారా ప్రహ్లాదునికి భక్తిని, పరమాత్మ తత్త్వాన్ని బోధించి, భక్తులలో అగ్రుడైన ప్రహ్లాదుని లోకానికి అందించినవాడు నారదుడు.

గురుస్వరూపుడు, త్రిలోకసంచారి, జ్ఞానమూర్తి అయిన నారదమునిని ఈనాడు స్మరించి, ధ్యానిద్దాం.

హిందూ ధర్మం - 243 (14 లోకాలు)

మన పురాణాల్లో చతుర్దశ భువనాల (14 లోకాల) ప్రస్తావన ఉంది. పురాణాలు బ్రహ్మాండాన్ని కొన్ని లోకాలుగా విభజించాయి. ఇవన్నీ విరాట్‌పురుషుని (విశ్వరూపుని) శరీరంలోని అవయవాలని వేదం చెప్తోంది. భాగవతం రెండవ స్కంధంలో ఈ లోకాల గురించి వర్ణన ఉంది. మొత్తం పదునాలుగు లోకాలనీ, వాటిలో ఊర్ధ్వలోకాలు (పైనున్నవి) ఏడు, అధోలోకాలు (క్రిందనున్నవి) ఏడు అనీ చెబుతుంది భాగవత పురాణం.

లోకాల విభజన గురించి భాగవతంలో ఇలా చెప్పబడింది.

బ్రహ్మాండంలో కొన్ని అంతరాలున్నాయి. తత్వ పదార్ధాల సూక్ష్మ, సూక్ష్మతర అవస్థలను బట్టి ఈ భేదాలు ఏర్పడుతున్నాయి. క్రింది లోకాల కంటే పై లోకాలలో తత్వ పదార్ధాలు సూక్ష్మతరంగా ఉంటాయి. లోకాలు మూడని కొందరు, ఏడని కొందరు, పదునాల్గని కొందరు అంటుంటారు. లోకాలను బ్రహ్మాండ శరీరానికి అవయవాలుగా భావిస్తే

మొదటి భావన ప్రకారం విరాట్ పురుషుని కటి (మొల) నుండి పైభాగం ఏడు అవయవాలుగా, క్రింది భాగం ఏడు అవయవాలుగా మొత్తం పదునాల్గులోకాలు.

రెండవ భావన ప్రకారం భూలోకం పాదాలు, భువర్లోకం నాభి, సువర్లోకం హృదయం, మహర్లోకం ఉరోభాగం, జనలోకం కంఠం, తపోలోకం పెదవులు, బ్రహ్మలోకం మూర్ధంగా బ్రహ్మాండ శరీరానికి అవయవాలు రూపొందాయి.

మూడవ భావన ప్రకారం భూలోకం పాదాలు, భువర్లోకం నాభి, స్వర్లోకం శిరస్సుగా మూడే లోకాలు ఉన్నాయి.
బ్రహ్మాండపురుషుడే సమస్త లోకాలను భరిస్తాడు, పోషిస్తాడు, తనలో లయం చేసుకొంటాడు.

ఊర్ధ్వలోకాలు

1. భూలోకం - సముద్రాలు, పర్వతాలు, నదీనదలాతో మానవులు, పక్షులు, జంతువులు మొదలైన జీవులతో సూర్యచంద్రుల కిరాణలతో వెలిగే లోకం. ఎందరో జీవులు నివసిస్తున్న కొన్ని కోట్ల లోకాల్లో ఈ భూలోకం ఒకటి మాత్రమేనని, ఇంకా ఇలాంటి తెలియని లోకాలు ఎన్నో ఉన్నాయని విష్ణుపురాణం చెబుతోంది.
2. భువర్లోకం - భూలోకానికి పైన ఉండేది, సామాన్య మానవుడు వెళ్ళలేనిది. ఇక్కడ సిద్ధులు మొదలైన ఇతరలోక జీవులు నివసిస్తారు. భూలోకం ఎంత వైశాల్యం ఉంటుందో, ఇది అంతే వైశాల్యం ఉంటుంది. పితృదేవతలు కూడా ఈ లోకంలోనే ఉంటారని కొన్ని గ్రంథాల్లో కనిపిస్తుంది. 
3. సువర్లోకం - భువర్లోకానికి పైన ఉండేది. ఇంద్రుడు మొదలైన దేవతలుండే లోకం. దీనినే స్వర్గం అని కూడా అంటారు.  
4. మహర్లోకం - సువర్లోకానికి పైన ఉండేది. మహాత్ములైన ఋషులు, మునులు నివసించే లోకం. ఈ లోక వాసులు బ్రహ్మ కల్పానికి సమానమైన జీవిత కాలం కలిగి ఉంటారు. 
5. జనలోకం - మహర్లోలోకానికి పైన ఉండేది. బ్రహ్మ మానస పుత్రులైన సనక, సనందన, సనత్కుమార, సనత్సుజాతాలు, శుద్ధమనస్కులైన ఇతర జీవులు ఉండే లోకం. 
6. తపోలోకం - జనలోకానికి పైన ఉండేది. నిప్పు చేత కూడా దహించబడిన వైభ్రాజులు, అయోనిజులు ఉండే లోకం. 
7. సత్యలోకం - తపోలోకానికి పైన ఉండేది. బ్రహ్మదేవుడు నివసించే లోకం. కొన్ని గ్రంథాల ప్రకారం ఇదే పరమపదము. కానీ కొన్ని గ్రంథాల ప్రకారం దీనికి పైన వైకుంఠం ఉంటుందని వర్ణించబడింది. భోగబుద్ధితో కాక త్యాగబుద్ధితో జీవించి, కర్మలను భగవంతునికి అర్పించిన మహాపురుషులు, సాధకులు, అంతిమకాలంలో ఈ లోకానికి వెళ్ళి, ఇక్కడున్న బ్రహ్మదేవుని నుంచి ఆత్మజ్ఞానం పొంది, పరబ్రహ్మంలో ఐక్యమవుతారని కైవల్యోపనిషత్తు మొదలనవి చెప్తున్నాయి.
