Nobody has walked the spiritual path from childhood without falling down. So every failure should be your stepping stone to stand up and to reach further heights. That is the sort of encouragement you must have. You must never lose confidence in your spiritual practice. To err is human. Failure is natural. If we are born saints and if we can just do all we want immediately, then what is the need for all these Yoga practices? As a small child you didn’t learn how to walk right away. How many hundreds of times did you fall down? Now you are walking. Remember that.
