ద్వేషం అనేది అభివృద్ధికి అడ్డంకి

ధ్యానం, జపం వంటివి ఆధ్యాత్మిక సాధనలు చేస్తున్నామని చెప్పుకుంటాము గదా. ముందుకు మనకు ఉండకూడదిని ద్వేషం. శ్రీ కృష్ణుడు కూడా భగవద్గీతలో అద్వేష్టః సర్వభూతానం అంటాడు. ఏ జీవి యందు ద్వేష భావం ఉండకూడదు. ద్వేషం అనేది పెద్ద శతృవు. ఎదుటి వారి సంగతి వదిలెయ్యండి. అది ఉన్నవారిని ముందు నాశనం చేస్తుంది. ఒక వ్యక్తిని ద్వేషించడం మొదలుపెడితే, వారు మంచి చేసినా అంగీకరించలేము, హర్షించలేము. అది మంచి అని ఒప్పుకోలేము సరికదా ఏదో ఒక దోషం వెతికి విమర్శ చేస్తాము. ప్రతి వ్యక్తిలో మంచి చెడులు రెండూ ఉంటాయి. మంచిని నేర్చుకోవాలి, చెడుని గమనించి ఎలా ఉండకూడదో నేర్చుకోవాలి. అంతేగానీ ద్వేషిస్తూ పోతే, ఇక ఇష్టపడుటకు ఎవరూ మిగలరు. అంతేగాక మన ఆధ్యాత్మిక ఎదుగుదల కుంటుపడుతుంది. ధ్యానం అంటే సునీశితంగా గమనించండం. ఎవరినో కాదు, తన్ను తాను గమనించుకోవడం. కనుక మనలో ద్వేషం ఉంటే దాన్ని అధిగమించే ప్రయత్నం చేయాలి. అప్పటి వరకు గొప్ప గొప్ప మాటలు మాట్లకపోవడమే మంచిది.
