Laughing is the best medicine. It lightens the mind and exercise the body. You don’t even have to do bastrika [a bellowslike yogic breathing technique]. Just laugh. Ha, ha, ha. See? Laughing exhilarates the whole system. It releases all the tension. We should learn to laugh well. By laughing, laughing, laughing, we are relaxing, relaxing, relaxing—freeing ourselves from all tensions. This will make you forget all your worries. Nothing is going to be permanent. Even the so-called problems will pass away soon. When you laugh at them, they become simple; they become minor. When you take them seriously, they assume big shapes.
